Vichyssoise: make sure people actually like it pureed
(that's the classic way to make it so I didn't give it a second thought) I recently found out G. doesn't exactly like it this way... I asked him why didn't he tell me before. "I didn't want to discourage you..." So, meanwhile, he's been eating the "Fancy French Baby Food," according to G., with a smile on his face and no complaints... D.
